easy family burritos
serves 8
1 beef chuck roast (at least 3 lbs)
1 beef chuck roast (at least 3 lbs)
24 ozs of favorite salsa
tortillas
1. place roast in slow cooker; top with salsa. cover; cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
2. remove meat from slow cooker. shred with 2 forks. return to slow cooker; cook another 1 to 2 hours.
3. serve shredded meat wrapped in tortillas.
(serving suggestions: garnish the burrito with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, and salsa.)
