recipe | lemon butter dill salmon

lemon butter dill salmon

a fillet of salmon
4 roma tomatoes sliced
1 red onion sliced
1 bottle mccormick lemon butter dill sauce (get it at smiths)

1. preheat your oven to 350˚

2. on a large cookie sheet spread out a large sheet of tin foil. lay the salmon across the tin foil. lay the slices of tomato across the entire fillet and top with red onion. pour entire jar of lemon butter dill sauce across the fish.

3. cook salmon at 350˚ for about 25 minutes, or until fish is flakey and falls apart.

if you use a smaller piece of salmon you won't need to use the entire bottle of sauce, i use a fillet from costco which are BIG and delicious so need the whole thing.
