hawaiian haystacks

serves 2

1/4 cup cooked chicken
1 cup chicken stock
1/3 can cream of chicken soup
2 T. flour

1. shred cooked chicken into small pieces. put chicken stock in a sauce pan and add flour. use a wire whisk to get out lumps. heat over medium heat and mixture boils and thickens. add cream of chicken soup and chicken pieces. serve over rice and top with any of the following:

green peppers
tomatoes
pineapple
chinese noodles
olives
celery
cheese onions
