i found this amazing recipe a while back for Swedish meatballs over mashed potatoes . . .SO GOOD. and then just this past month i found an AMAZING spaghetti and meatball recipe so . . .
i founded
MEATBALL MONDAY
the first monday of every month we do meatballs.
now, some will be experimental. some will be classic favorites.
all i do know, is that i hope it lasts a LONG time and is something my family can call a tradition.
my parents have joined the tradition too!
